View Poll Results: Best source of unbiassed world news
They are not privy to CBC or BBC. Ya gotta deal with what they have available to them. I had an aunt in San Francisco who listened to CBC rebroadcasts there, but she is in the small minority. Be happy that we get alternate viewpoints aabd can respond accordingky.

FOX tends to lead to the right, CNN had left tendencies. My wife likes MSNBC because she thinks it's pretty neutral. I personally like going between several channels, but I stay away from CNN.

Thanx for the link. My basic feeling is pro USA but since there are so many opinions in your country about what is the rught course of action, I need to get a feel for what intellligent Americans think on world issues.
Always a friend of the American people (Although not necessarily in agreement witl current American foreign policy)
I don't think that there is a major unbiased news source. Every day I check CNN & Fox News. The idea is that I get both slants on the same news and hopefully can deduct the truth.
Does anyone believe that NPR or BBC are unbiased?

Is everybody biased? Can you overcome your own personal opinions long enough to select the most unbiassed news source, or are you too caught up in your own personal angst to render an impersonal opioion?????

But....
Unbiased is to news media,
As honest is to politician.
Exactly-your choice tells us where your feelings are.
Probably there are NO unbiased sources, but you need to try and help the uncertain (not only me but others)

Of course, I chose a source whose bias most closely resembles mine.

If I really want the news I'll check Fox, CNN, BBC, and NBC. Possibly also Al-Jazeera. The reason being is that after you get all the biased viewpoints you can eventually piece together the news in an unbiased form.
