No endlinks with the bars. I did probably 6 track days with the stock endlinks with no issues.
The armrest looks just like a normal armrest, but it's real leather, not plastic.
I really like the H-tech springs. They provide a nice drop to the car without making it harsh and no fun to drive. They really don't feel much stiffer than the stock springs, which is really nice. Just like the sways, I had them at the track a few times and heard "I had no idea an RX-8 could do that" more than once.
