Shopping for an exhaust; spotted a few 8's

I'm looking to add an exhaust system - anybody have input either good or bad on the Borla? Any other suggestions? I've got the K&N Typhoon intake on the car (the ECU finally seems to be learning to live with it - not as much idle fluctuation as when I first installed it, and the CEL went off).

Also - if I'm going to add the Canzoomer unit, any input as to whether I should add this before or after the exhaust? Is the Canzoomer adaptive to changes made to intake and exhaust? Any help is appreciated.

Saw a Blue RX-8 yesterday morning in Beaverton on Scholls Ferry by Denny - looking good! Also spotted a silver Rex at Home Depot in Beaverton this weekend.

See you on the road,

Adam

ah that is probably me, I think I remember seeing your car as well. I need to hook up with 1hot8 so I can listen to that exhaust!

The borla kicks butt. It makes some noise over ~5000 rpm, below that it tends to be pretty quiet, though still slightly louder than stock.

I didn't buy it for performance though, I bought it for the sound. I don't notice any change in power, but I haven't had the car for long, so I just may not be used to it enough to know the diff.

I put the B&B on mine. It's the loudest car in town. I installed the race pipe as well and ditched the caddy. A lot of people can't because of emmisions but it's cool where I'm at.

A word of advice, when posting pictures of your cars on any web site you should first try to block out the license plate, with the right tools a person can find out your name, address, phone, vin of the car, the finance info, social sec #, etc.
