yesterday was a slow boring day so I cleaned and washed my RX8 and parked it outside my house, ran into my bedroom to look at the car from there.
I decided to do my own survey to see how many drivers will notice it.
here are the results:
in one hour I had 51 cars total:
25 turn their head and looked at the car while driving.
12 actually slowed down and looked at the car.
14 did not care!!!!!!!!!!!

it was about 9am the other day, car just washed gleaming in sunlight silver hot sunny day.
driving down the road noticed a taxi infront of me with this chap and a camera sticking half way out the passenger window. Don't fall out on my behalf!!
So i did what any normal person would do, slow right down to enable him a better angle to take his pics lol
