So I gutted that Cat.. (power loss still not solved)😤 with torque screenshots

Gutted the cat, better flow indeed yet power loss still there.. failing ignition because of the partially clogged cat? I'm running out of ideas.. it's honestly bringing me down. No hard starts, it has to be something relatively small. Anything wrong anyone can point out on this screenshot? (Recorded at idle)

Well 95% of those figures are useless. Anyway, what has all been done to the car?

There are a million of these power loss threads and it usually always comes down to 1 of the same 5 things....

Well I changed the ignition a few months ago, replaced fuel pump, new maf, cleaned ess, cleaned throttle body and gutted my second aftermarket cat a few days ago. 6sp 2006 100k on odometer. No hard starts, ssv moves freely and so does apv. Clutch is new but I'm starting to think it has to do something with the clutch. It's inconsistent in engaging. New master and slave. The power loss is inconsistent too.. when cold runs better and sometimes surges from 4k up. Sometimes it accelerates smoothly and rpms climb fast and other times usually when engine is warm, it drags from low end all the way to redline like it's trying but something's slowing it down.

Is the MAF an OEM Denso one? I have seen this with cheap aftermarket MAFs. Did it do it with the old one?

Yes it is denso, and it did it with the old one too, I just noticed that if I pump the clutch like 10 times it grips much better, and less friction between gears, the push rod and the where the rod goes in is oily. This happened on my old MC too. Faulty new master leaking again?

Well the clutch would have nothing to do with the power loss issue. Im still pondering on the bogging problem but just wanted to point out that our clutch pedal is prone to failure. The bracket itself is only spot welded and they bend/ crack resulting in inproper throw

Yeah mine seems fine for an original. It might seem to me like power loss due to the clutch not fully engaging and sort of dragging, I'm gonna bleed it
