Exclamation Rx8 idle roughness and ticking noise

Hello, i've noticed the car on idle RPMs sometimes jump all over the place between 0-1500 feels like it's going to die, i checked the codes and it said missfire on cylinder 2. Today i replaced all sparkplugs but didn't make a difference, but i also checked the coils just by loosen the cables, turn on car and slowly grab each with a clamp to see if it sparks and they all shows to spark. I changed all coils, spark plugs and cables last april so i'm really stuck right now. Next step i might think the problem might be would be the cat, so tomorrow ill gut out the cat to see if its clogged. Also another problem i've noticed would be the 2 valves the ssv and the other one next to it might be stuck because i can hear 2 ticking sounds, which i also replaced last april. I've been trying to read forums on these problems but i wanted to know what you guys think might be the problem.

2006 Rx8 119k Kms

Any help i would really appreciate it!!

Although the coils, plugs and cables are new, I would also make a compression test.
If the compression is fine, I would check the catalytic converter and fuel pump.

Uh. If those coils haven't been replaced at this point in time in the vehicles life, replace them, and plugs, and wires.

I'll do a compression test on saturday, i just gutted the cat yesterday and today i've cleaned the maf sensor as well, it seems to be running good on idle. but now when i press on the gas seems to have lost power and sounds like 2 stroke motor (or miss firing). also the starter seems to be slow, could it be battery or alternator? i went for a test drive after doing those things and now car just cranks (only tried 5 seconds hopefully didnt flood it!
