Rebranded AEM intake for <1/2 cost?

Rebranded AEM intake for <1/2 cost?
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Found this CAI listed on Ebay that looks to be practically the same as the AEM one, but for <1/2 the price and without the AEM name (filter looks shorter).
On that note, anyone ever make a purchase off ebay from "checkpoint tuning"?

*Inb4 comments about how CAIs do nothing but change the sound.
