Nice thread. More people should read stuff like this before getting themselves into trouble. I believe it keeps kids off of the streets and away from drugs.

Um,

Nice Moderator People.

I just realized, after looking at DIY stuff, that I was a complete idiot and started this in the Tech Garage and not in DIY. That would explain why people I told to search the DIY section did not find it.

What are the ramifications of moving it? Does the thread ID stay the same?

Thanks,

I can easily change the title as needed. Does it belong more in DIY or in FAQ / Discussion though? I can see an argument either way, just looking for your thoughts/preferences.

The thread link itself should still point to it at it's new location. When a thread is in Live that is then moved after it appears there, clicking the link still finds the thread in the new subforum.

This fits more here than as a DIY. I'm not moving it.

I really appreciate this thread! As a new owner of a used RX-8, I plan to do just about all of these modifications within the next couple weeks to ensure that my rex will last a while! Thanks!

I sure am! I generally attend autocross events at CFRC in Orlando. I'm sure you're familiar with that place! I haven't been in a couple months though! Need to get back there.

Where do you track your car?

Track is Roebling Road, outside Savannah. 4 hours from me, probably 3 from where you are. I do track weekends. Gonna be a lot of 8's up there in May for the Dark Side event. Hint, Hint.

send me an email or pm for more information.

RIWWP needs a gold medal, cookie and a paypal donate button; his threads are perfect and so damn informative.

My pristine 05 RSX-S got totaled last week (t-boned by some *** in a rental, I was original owner...i cried) and I am literally torn apart between getting a basic econo cruiser (accord) for the time being or just getting a R3, which I want more than anything.
