Central locking help

Central locking help
my central locking has gone funny .when i press to lock button on the remote once the relay clicks but nothing else happens. if I press the key for button twice it locks and set the alarm. also locking and unlocking are from inside with the latch has completely stop working . Hellllllllp .thank all .
