If engine was just rebuilt then you need to have a conversation with the rebuilder about how he's going to fix this.
Thanks for the detailed answer.
Well, it will be hard to get the hold of the rebuilder. Maybe you can tell me one more thing - is it possible to just change the seals, or the complete rebuild is required?

You can change just the seals because it has only been 2000km, but while you have it apart I would go over everything to measure and make sure the clearances were correct and everything was assembled correctly.

Also make sure the big parts (housings, irons) are not damaged. If someone messed up the water jacket, there could be other surprises as well.

White smoke/ radiator fluid missing

My car was driving fine. But i went for a oil change and my car started smoking from alot of oil coming out thru the air filter area onto the radiator. After cleaning that it ran fine. But i had put seafoan into the gas tank in it started smoaking bad. Still is. I haven't had time to burn it out. But i have now noticed that the radiator water is gone from the reservoir and the radiator light is on now and so is the check engine light. I then tried it again a few days later and it started too run way smoother with alot less smoke. But now alot off oil and white fluid is coming out of same air filter when herb engine tho high rpms to try n burn the seafoam out?

You oil may have been overfilled and is spilling into the intake (yes this is a thing on these cars). The white smoke is that oil burning, not seafoam. You need to bring the oil level to the full mark by draining if it's over full, then take the entire intake tract apart and clean that. And replace the air filter.

As for your coolant, well if the car has been overheated, you may have a blown water jacket and need a new engine. I hope you haven't driven too long with low coolant.

Smoking

Ok so tonight i finally got to drive it. Filled the coolant and put k&n stop leak for coolant seal. It was laggy on first in manual and shifter. But almost home it started to respond nice n jumpy lijk it used 2. The car stopped smoking in lije 15 minutes of driving. Smoked just like the rx8s i found on youtube that seafoamed. Heres the thing about the oil. After tge oil change and seafoam ut started coming out of filter and when i checked the dipstick, it had water like consistency. And when i first started driving, the oil gauge would drop to zero n it would barely go like it wanted to die. So this time i just floored it untill it would drive.

So far there is no current oil drip. Will check in the morning. Water level is the same as when i started. Im gonna move on to fixing other issues with it. My nephew had this car and can no longer afford it. Also crashed it. Now im taking over so my sisters credit diesnt get wrecked. Where can i look for infirmation/one of those repair manuals/so i can do my homework on this car. I didnt even know cars had rotary engines.

Here's the shop manual:
M A Z D A

The oil gauge on the dash isn't super useful, it doesn't measure anything, just is there any oil pressure: yes/no. So if it was a 0, you were driving on no oil pressure. So.. there's that.

You might want to get a compression test done before you invest much in it, considering what it has been through. We usually recommend to use a rotary tester for that, a regular one won't give you the info you need. Your local Mazda dealer will have one, and you should get 6 values @ some rpm as a result. That tells if you if the engine is worth saving.

It actually works. Some cars have the needle higher than others.

If it worked, it would vary with rpm. So no

To clarify: that needle only has 2 positions: slightly above middle, and 0. 0 means you have no oil pressure, which is a much bigger problem than seafoam. Slight above middle means you have some oil pressure, but how much, we don't know. It's not a real gauge.

Blinking check engine light means you're having a misfire. Commonly caused by dead ignition coils or old spark plugs. The coils on these cars have a 25k mile lifetime, after that they're not reliable.

I think you risk a lot by continuing to drive this car. If it was salvageable before, it may not be if it continues to operate with no oil pressure and on questionable everything else.

Seafoam doesn't smoke when you add it to the gas. If you ingest it directly, sure, but not mixed with gas. So its either coolant or oil.

Yes if you had oil in your intake, you need to take it apart from the throttle body forward and clean thoroughly, including the MAF sensor. There is a special cleaner for it. If you use another cleaner on it, it will be damaged, so be careful.

There could be other causes, but try that first.

Thx for ur info! Ur the greatest

Checked the sparkies. Made it home on freeway. It only died at stop lights. Freeway was fine. I got B-12 Chemtool to clean intake. Do you know tge name of the cleaner u mentioned. Or where exactly the MAF thing is located?

So that's your trailing spark plug. Looks alright. There should be one of those in the 2 top spark plug positions. The lower (leading) positions will have different spark plugs, with a cross pattern on them. Those are the important ones.

The cleaner I have is just called MAF cleaner, it has no obvious brand lol. Any parts shop should know what you're talking about though.

If you look at your intake tube forward of the throttle body, there is a set of wires going to a plug. Under that plug is the MAF. It looks like a plastic loop with a resin capsule in the middle. Some cleaners will etch the surface and prevent it from correctly responding to airflow over it, that's why it has a special cleaner.
