Ive been there plenty of times but never run there. I hope to this season. CART is doing a track day there this summer.

I have, but only parade laps during Grand-AM. 4 years back we got up to 100mph with only 7 cars on the track.

Yes, a few times. See this thread I made before the last one:
Track Day (Time Trials) at Lime Rock Park on August 27th with EMRA

The same group is having a time trial day there on April 14th, I'll be there, you should go!

This is great, glad I asked. Let's be sure to keep this thread alive as dates come up/get closer. I would love to go. Even if I didn't get on the track, the ride up Rt. 7 alone is worth the trip!

What would be fun too is for the guys that get to Limerock traveling north on Rt. 7 thru Brookfield/New Milford, up thru Kent, etc, would be to meet in say New Milford and all drive together. That would be a blast.

I have run Lime Rock for the last 11 years with my Audi but this year will be my first in the RX8

Probably going to scare the crap out of me! Ultimate goal is to get a sub minute but not sure if I can do that the first weekend or two out there. Not very forgiving if you fall off anywhere other than the left hander!

With my Audi I turned 1:03.4 but it has about 1/2 the HP and I can run almost flat in the uphill & westbend, then pucker up to go flat in the downhill. Gonna admit I lift about 2/3rds of the time though! Lime Rock is definetly a momentum track!

Post up video here if you go! Lets keep this thread alive for one of the Best tracks in the NorthEast!
