Thanks Al, turned out to be the wire going to my low fuel resistor was burned out and not grounding properly. I drive her up and down Sunbury all the time along the dam roads and sometimes I go Zoom Zoom on the back roads on the east side of the dam. If I ever see ya Ill give you a wave or something =D

If anyone here wants to, Columbus Cars and Coffee is every Saturday morning down at the Lennox off SR 315 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You can show up anytime and if you get coffee from the local Cup O' Joe and tell them you are with CC&C then they upgrade your coffee for free. Come anytime you like and leave whenever as well, its a fun and relaxing place and lots of cool cars and nice people.

I will try to stop by once I'm back in town. My car looks absolutely horrible though. I can't even remember the last time I washed it, it's actually rusting, and the headlights are completely screwed up.

On that note anyone happen to know a local place that could refinish headlights? They're both foggy and scratched to all hell (long story).

My local mechanic is RC automotive off state street in Westerville. Nice guy and is very upfront about a job. I trust him with my car any day. He was the one that replaced my gasket and fuel injectors when they blew in the winter.


You can bring any old car to CC&C so I hope to see you are anyone else there sometime. It is a lot of fun.

Shot in the dark here, but who was driving their grey 8 on Huber Village blvd. in Westerville today? I drove past you and gave you a wave from my 8.

Might have been aschutz, he has a grey 8 and lives in Westerville. Now that my 8 is gone, I see them everywhere. Saw a silver one pulling out of my neighborhood (Near Westerville Central) last evening.

I don't think it was aschutz because his has the "Zoom Zoom" stickers on each side and I did not see them on this one. Good guess though man.

on and off note... wanna go cruse sometime around hover man? I'm located near the fire station on Schrock where all that construction is going on and the back roads on the other side are really nice to cruse along if you are ever interested. =D

On their Facebook page they do not have a cruse scheduled for this week but I will be there and sometimes aschutz has come a few times. if "Go Stealers" and yourself want to drop by then by all means come on over. it is very chill place for car lovers and I would love to see your R3 man.

if the four of us want to meet up at the dam on Saturday morning and make our own cruse then I would be down for that =D

I've been to CC&C once or twice. Last year anyway. Haven't made it down this year.

I'm here in Westerville too. Cruised with a couple guys last year, but haven't been to a meetup aside from that up here. I'd be down to cruise sometime, but I travel almost every other weekend.

NOOOOOOOOOOO someone's stealing my R3 thunder! Well, that makes it two in the city. Still makes me unique :P

Well, I am going to do this... If anyone wants to cruse here in Westerville down to cars and coffee tomorrow let me know because I can meet up at the Hoover Dam or Inniswood Metro Gardens.

I have never seen a 2nd gen Rx-8 up close so I would love to check out the 09 if you wanna bring her over.

Sounds great all. I will drive over to Inniswood Metro Gardens around 7:50 AM and wait inside the main parking lot till around 8:10 AM for anyone else who wants to join for a cruse down the Cars and Coffee. If anyone here wants to join (RX-8 or not) then they are more then welcome to join in the cruse. Cars and Coffee is always more fun with more people and judging by the weather tomorrow its going to rain so much of the "fun" cars do not come out.

Sorry to do this, but I have to head down earlier than I thought to Cincy, so I won't be able to meetup this weekend. Sounds like rain, so it's not a bad weekend to miss. Hopefully the weather will be better next weekend - I'll be in Columbus all weekend. So CC&C it is!

Sorry I did not make it this weekend to CC&C... I had tickets to the Indy race up at Mid-ohio... I will be back next weekend though.

Going to CC&C this saturday. This is a shout out to everyone in Westerville/Columbus area. I will be waiting at my normal location "Inniswood Metro Garden" at 940 S Hempstead Rd, Westerville, OH 43081

I always get there around 8:00 AM and wait until 8:20ish to drive on down to the meet up. In the event that you are unable to come that early you can always show up at the Lennox AMC whenever you want. If you go a page back in this thread there are directions. People tend to shop up around 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM

Hey everyone,

I will be going to Columbus Cars and Coffee this Saturday, September 6th if anyone wants to join. It has been a crazy past few weekends there and If anyone wants to come on over then maybe we can break the record of the 4 rx-8 that were there a while back.

If you need to know how to get there and what time to be there you will need to scroll up (or back a page) to find the directions I posted. If there is a large amount of 8 owners that want to come by then I will be willing to meet up someplace with everyone and ride down as one big group.

Hope to see anyone there. post a reply if you have any questions.
