I stopped in at Brandywine Mazda (West Chester, PA) on Tuesday to get a brochure and to find out when they were expecting to get their first shipment of 8s. The sales guy (Jon) told me that they were not expecting anything for at least two more weeks and that they still had three unclaimed (originally they had two, but someone cancelled -- two black, one red -- all GT package; one black had NAV).
I asked him about what they were going to be selling for and he said "around 33k for a fully loaded one". I also asked him if he had lease rates yet, which he didn't. He then responded that he wasn't even sure if the MSRP they have is final, and that he wouldn't know until Mazda tells them (um -- OK --wtf?).
So anyway, if you're looking for a RX-8 in SE PA, check 'em out.
