My car has officially passed the test.

My husband just got back from a trip to Dave&Busters at Whiteflint Mall in MD. He took a full complement of passengers, got nodded at by a 911, stuck in Beltway rushhour traffic for two hours, and no one blinked an eye. One of his coworkers fell asleep for most of the trip. Everyone loved the car, even after being stuck in it for three hours on the way home. Best of all, we've only got 150 miles now before break-in is complete!

I LOVE this car!

I wonder if the touring model comes complete with a pullout bed in the rear seats?

Sounds like i got my self a hell of a car. Sence mine is identical to yours. I just have to shoulder the waiting game of getting it its so bad i ordered the car cover ( i got the dealer to sell the the cover for $100 instead of the sugested $352) I haggled for that but the damn covers haven't even been released yet to the dealer they are on back order the dealer is supposed to call me when it's in. Did mazda get anything for this car out ONTIME. How many miles does your car have on it now and have you been able to drive it at all? Hows it handle and hows the power?

No, haven't driven it yet- hopefully the doctor will give me the ok tomorrow. It's killing me to have to ride in the passenger seat. Got 450 miles on it, so we can really start having fun this weekend after 600.

On the way to dinner tonight, had two slow drive-bys in the parking lot, someone else roll down his window at a stoplight to ask about it, and two more guys had a fit about it in the parking lot at my friend's apartment. It's a nice feeling to be driving something that gets this much attention.

I really need to get a car cover, but I'll only be able to use it at work because any cover in my apartment community is just going to attract unwanted attention.
