Kansas: 2005 RX8 Low compression *lowered price*
Selling my 2005 RX8 because it has low compression and I can't afford the new engine plus what is left on the loan, it's just too much. 89k on the engine. It has a clean title. Still starts up cold but when filling up for gas or left sitting for less than 20-30 minutes, it needs to be deflooded by holding the accelerator down.
Body is in good shape (has some parking lot dings and webbed front bumper), and other than the engine dying it only has a few other issues such as the faulty coolant level light, milky dipstick and damaged o2 sensor (I have a new one, just not on yet). Has some interior wear/damage.
Asking $4000 but I'm completely willing to negotiate. PM or reply if interested. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.

Some of the damage on the interior are the heated seat switch, the button for the drawer and the black tape on the divider in the back seat (I don't know what's under it, didn't bother to remove it).

I'm going to make a call tomorrow to find out the in-service date of the car, but I'm about 99% certain that this car was sold in 2004 and has passed the 8 year/100k mile warranty.
