Pro-Rally

For anyone wanting to watch close up rally cars "flying" through the woods day and night, the "100 ACRE WOOD" is next week, Feb. 22-23. The event is again headquartered in Salem, Mo.. They are always looking for help because it takes a large number of folks to put on the event, from Timing and Scoring, Start and Finish Stage Crews, Course and Spectator Marshalls, and more. Having a "HAM" license is a plus too. They will have FREE food, goodies, and PARTY for the volunteers, and FUN for everyone! Cars and drivers from all over the continent, and farther, will attend.

For more information if you want to get involved,,,,or just to spectate, visit:

Entry looks like it is up to ~57~ or so. Usually several Mazdas and a few rotaries. I only see 1 MX-3 (hometown boy) so far....?

Supposed to warm up to mid 40s by race days.

Pastrana is entered, co-driver Derek Ringer

THE RALLY IS STILL ON! There has been some interesting weather move through thr Rally area but nothing the organizers can't handle. They could still use some help with various activities if you are interested, but this late you should just start at registration. All volunteers and spectators are encouraged to follow thru with their plans. The local communities will gladly welcome the fans!
