I actually had Nittos on when that was taken. That pic was at the Summer Nationals Top Fuel Race at Heartland Park in Topeka, KS 2005. I got the BFG's in late 2006.
I would never put a logo on the car for something I didn't have given to me or wasn't paid to use. This is also why I don't have any logos on the car anymore. I don't have sponsors now because I don't show anymore.

Thanks.
I really don't plan on changing anything major except the wheels. I'll crack into the engine and maybe SC the car next summer after I get the wife a new car. I'd love to have a nice one or two year old G35 Sedan with some clean wheels and a nice understated body kit. Something tight and fast that can haul more than one ***.
I am also thinking of selling this car and another that I have and getting a GTR when they come out. I figure if I put about $30k down I can swing the payment. I doubt that I'll get the OK, but you never know. My wife is pretty cool.

I'll take the AutoExe kit!
Do you have a really good picture of the mouth opening? I'd like to see how the access is to the radiator and oil coolers. The stock bottow tray works well at diverting air. This opening looks higher.

What a lot of people don't know about Auto Exe is that they wind tunnel test all of their kits. They do this on the RX8 kit to improve airflow over the oil coolers and also to be sure that the kit doesn't create additional drag or lift at speed. The rear of the car has functional diffusers in the rear bumper to reduce drag or air buildup behind the rear bumper.
To my knowledge there were only 6 of these kits sold worldwide. One is destroyed, after the car was wrecked by an RX8 club member, Vivid has one, the white car in the Auto Exe ads and then there is a yellow car in Japan that I have seen some pics of.
It's really hard to talk to these guys on the phone over there. They speak little to no English and I have had a few email conversations with the owner via Babel Fish, which is like talking to a freaking robot.
