If anyone in TN, KY, OH, or MI sees a silver rx8 scooting along northbound, with 'bama plates...holler that'll be me on the first leg of my move to (near) detroit.
woohoo!

Welcome to Detroit! The Woodward Dream Cruise is this weekend. Usually there is a group of RX's at the top of the loop in Pontiac. I brought the 8 there a couple years ago. I'm about to check the Michigan Lounge to see if anyone is meeting.
thanks - hey - what's the deal with the roads up here? How do lowered cars survive! holy cow.
I've only seen two 8s while driving around, fwiw.
roads in michigan really SUCK, might as well be surface of the moon. i'd stay home and parked in the winter
there aren't too many 8s around but they're out there, and seems to me more abundant than 350zs. i even occasionally see a few old rx-7s. there're a fair number of other mazdas in general in the detroit metro area tho, i suspect greatly aided by discount affiliated w/ ford
