I have the factory Sirius installation in my 05' GT. Hard wired. Not thorugh FM Modulator. I have had it now for 3 months. The more I listen to Sirius the more disappoited I am with the sound quality. Way worse than CD quality. Slightly worse than FM. By worse I don't mean static or signal strength I mean stero separtation and crispness of the sound. The sound is just flat. Sounds like it is stuck on Mono. Fine for background sound or talk. The installation seems to be fine. Balance, Fade, bass, treb all seem fine. Anyone else disappointed by Sirius sound quality? Is it just me?

I would love to find another Sirius RX8 here in Colorado to hook up with and compare quality in person.

do all the stations sound that way, or just a few? check that out. Never heard that complaint before, and i used to be a car audio installer.
