Open Track Event at PPIR Sat 8 Oct 2005

OK, for you Colorado & other Rocky Mountain area owners interested in some track experience, QuickChicks Racing et alia are holding their last, I think, "open" track event of the season at Pikes Peak International Raceway on Saturday, October 8th, 2005. I am signed up to attend. It would be nice to see some other Rx8's in there representing the marque. QuickChicks usually put on an interesting event, friendly to novice drivers as well as more experienced. There is always an interesting mix of cars, from Ferrari to Porsches, to Corvettes, Vipers and others. Hope to see some of you there. The host hotel again, will be the LA Quinta Hotel on Geyser Drive Exit 138, 719-527-4788. Gates will be open on Friday from 3-5pm to move trailers in, and drop of cars. Gates will open at 7am on Saturday, drivers meeting will be at 8:30, and we will go hot at 9am. We will be offering a beginners driving school on Saturday. Your instructors are Roland, Stim Kennedy and Thorn Landers. Garage space is on a first come basis, by registering early, this will confirm your garage space.
