Not very happy so far (Sill-Terhar)

I just got a call today from the dealership saying they ordered my parts. WHAT?!? I bought the car a freakin week ago. They were supposed to be installed this week. Well come to find out the saleswoman that sold me the car up and quit and decided not to put my order in. I guess that could explain the extra charges that just appear in my contract spread throughout so I wouldn't notice.
Now I have to go down there sometime next week, get all the work done and hope I can work out something to recoup the money they jacked. (With my sig on the contract of course) this will be hard to do. Anyway, just venting. Can't believe that crap.

Same thing happened to me. I added the appearance package, shock sensor, fender strakes & spare tire mounting kit. Found out they tried to put my appearance package on backwards & drilled a hole underneath my car. So what was supposed to be done in 2 days wound up taking 2 weeks. Absolute nightmare. Wound up telling me they would buy me a set of MS brakepads, screwed me on that & just cut me a check (that was short). Absolutely abysmal service at Santa Monica Mazda. Sorry, it seems to happen at quite a few Mazda dealerships.

On another note..this is just stupidity on my part. I was driving by Sil-Terhar and I stopped to ask them a question about the emblems on the car. I want to debadge my car and I was driving by so what the hell i'll ask. (If I was smart I would have waited and checked the forums) I went and asked and the guy said I could take them all off except for the back 'mazda' one. So I started with the front and popped it off and there they are the 3 holes that I didnt want to see. The only reason I didnt check the forums is cuz it was kinda the spur of the moment decision I am kind of over it now, but I will never go there again and ask anything about my car since I know they dont know a damn thing about them. The forums are my new best friends lol. (Not that I didnt look here before for most of the other stuff I do)

Well my car is in right now, they said one day in the shop, but it is looking like 2.5 days. Typical Dealership...I will update once I get it back.

Wow... sorry to hear you guys are having problems with the dealerships in Denver, I use Spradley-Barr in Ft. Collins, and I know that Omicron uses Longmont; for service only. I wouldn't buy a car from either one.
