Kewl's RX-8

Got the car over the Labor Day weekend...and have loved every mile I've put on it. No serious Mods...yet... but I did install the protective screens over the oil coolers and AC condenser.

I've had the oil pan replaced... and had the CEL on twice in the first month. Dealer reset the first one (found nothing that would have caused it) and I reset the second.... battery disconnect. I wish the AC worked better - wouldn't short cycle like so many other owners have complained about, but otherwise really love this car. My first rotary...so I'm learning

I'm hoping to make the meet. Maybe those of us from NM can all drive up together...

I'll keep an eye on the forum for the date once set.

Great, hope you can make it! Also, please drop me a line with your name, email address, and phone number, as this forum is not always the best way to keep in touch for something like our meet.

Oh, and don't forget the Rocky Mountain RX-8 Club, here.

Hey Kewl,
Can you send me an email to the club address? It's the link in orange in my signature. This is so that I can add you to the mailing list for the club. We are planning a mini-meet on Feb. 1st at the Longmont Sonic at 2:30. If you can make it, that would be great! If not, that's okay, we will be planning more of these as we go. We have also set a preliminary date of June 5th for the big meet! Be sure to visit the web site, it's in the previous post, or the link in red in my signature. :D
