Garcia Mazda

Guys, heads up to those maybe researching this car to buy, or for other service.

Garcia Mazda is a bunch if lying underhanded, and careless jackasses this side of ABQ. Too many problems to list, but I would never buy a car there for their service crap and they treat you like crap.

I would second that. Well I had purchased my RIP RX8 from Rich Mazda, now Garcia and the sale transaction is fine. However, their service department are careless, lack knowledge and unless faced with a lawsuit really don't care. I had my vehicle serviced their several times and everytime, I had a door ding, incomplete work, dirty finger prints, you name it. University, no issues and any issues that I had were addressed.

Garcia Mazda does have issues.... The New car sales manager they had under Rich has been gone now for about 8 months & everything went to **** after that. He was exceptional!...... They've gone through several since then and they're all crooks!.!.!.!... The NEW cars are also ALL scratched or otherwise damaged.

Then service department (Garcia) has always been questionable..... One decent 8 tech and the rest are newly trained kids or older dumbasses that don't care if they damage you car.

University on the otherhand isnt much better. They won't order you a car the way you want it without making you pay through the nose to get only the options you want.....

As far as there service department goes (University) its pretty ify as well. I've heard both good and bad. Real bad for some. We seem to have the crappy mazda dealership syndrom some other states have...... Good luck for everyone here.

I am filing a formal complaint against Garcia Mazda for ineptitude and terrible customer service / satisfaction.

If you would like to chime in with your involvement with them, please call MNMO and let them know you were more then dissatisfied.

The only thing I can do is never recommend anyone in Albuquerque buy a MAZDA and have gladly prevented 3 co-workers from buying Mazda, and they did buy a new car/truck.

Please rate your ABQ dealership

I submitted my review for Garcia. It could be better, but it is late. Please submit one yourself if you get a chance.
