Rotary Nut- I found your post in a google search of "Jason Toscetti Volkwagen". My husband and I bought a 2011 Jetta Sportwagen TDI new from the dealer and financed for 5 years. We maintained it perfectly-on time every time- with the dealer and had no problems. Last week the turbocharger broke, spit parts in the engine and cause total engine failure. The dealer says the engine, turbo and a third part in the chain reaction are toast and estimates $8k just in parts to get it running again. It's out of warranty (103K miles) but we still have a year left on payments. VW says they won't help us. What's the best use of my time at this point? BBB or VW CEO? If VW CEO- how do I get him?
    Thank you! Holly
