Personally, I'm not familiar with the track...only autocross. I switched to 7K (~400#) Swift front springs. With this slightly stiffer front spring, along with adjustable swaybars, I was able to get my car to my target wheel rates front & rear. I'm very happy with their performance on the street and in autocross.
I'm sure they could be a good track coilover, but I'm not sure what adjustments you'll need to make. Send a pm to username Peppy@kacework. He tracked his RX-8 on a set of these coilovers for 1-2 years.
Hey chiketkd, wanted to say thanks for some of the info in my threads, also i was curious, how do you like the swift springs? and what kind of rates are they? I dont do any type of autox, strictly track, and i was thinking that a slightly higher rate may be beneficial to my times, as i am trying to get into an actual competitive line of road racing.
