Hey, I'd like to talk about our 40s a bit. I'm having some problems and I'd like your opinions or recommendations regarding this model.

I see you're moving to TX. Work related or retirement? Just asking because my wife and I are scouting places to retire to with a time frame of next 5-7 years. What did you like about TX vs. items you did not like?

So I'm asking if you can please get me in touch with him. He'd finally answer some of my questions and even give me the basic dimensions of the car. I'm a modelmaker and, since I found this car quite interesting since I saw it for the first time, I'd like to make a 1/43 model of it but, first of all, I need the aformentioned dimensions. I'm attaching a pic to help identify it. Looking forward to receive some news from you I'd like to thank for your time and attention. Please have a nice sunday, kindest regards! Good morning! First of all I hope not to disturb. I'm writing from Italy (Vedano al Lambro, near Monza), since some years I'm looking for infos about a GTP car raced in early '80s IMSA by Pierre Honegger, Walt Bohren&others. From time to time it seemed that I was close to get what I'm searching. Spoke to people who worked the car but no one, albeit offering infos&assistance, was able to complete my search. It seems, from one of this forum post, that you are in touch with Charles Hurst who, according to Mazda Motorsport book, built it. [continued]

So I bought a 2004 rx8 75k miles and it ran great. I put gas in it one night and as I left the gas station it just shut off and wouldn't start. I've been searching through this forum to search what could possibly be wrong with it and can't find anything. I've replaced all my intake valves, maf, battery, plugs coils, and wires according to the issues forum said it could be. The car now starts but won't stay on by it self. I have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running and there Is a constant backfire while it's running. And info would be appreciated

    Hello,

Picking up a 2009 R3 this weekend with a "new" engine and driving 800-1000 miles. What are you're recommendations both for driving / rpm ranges and premix / oil in fuel, etc.
    Thanks

What would you recommend for maintenance on my new engine? I have an 04, the engine and cat were replaced 14,000 miles ago. At that time I put in a new clutch, and replaced the major hoses. Thanks.

Hey, just a quick question, outside of what you replied to me on maintenance wise, is the 2006 year a good year for these cars? I know the first year of production is always a hit or miss. And are all RX8's turbo? I know they are 1.3 liter, but are all Turbos?

The car has 38000 I noticed the heat works some times and mine is an automatic should I use the paddle to get the rpms up to prevent carbon build up thanks
