Cool RX-8 metal transformer models.

Click the image to open in full size.

Ok, so it's not AutoArt (or even Hotwheels!) quality, but it's a yellow RX-8 transformer, and only $23 shipped!

these were released by hasbro / takara in 2004. There was a silver one (Jazz/Meister) and a purple one (Shockblast/Shockwave). They were built like your pic, metal and plastic. There was a limited

This one you're showing looks like a re-release (or blatant knock-off) of the Jazz model (same head) only given Bumblebee's paint scheme.

Ironically enough, they jacked up the robot mode in the pic. the arms and legs aren't positioned right. LOL. They are a bitch to transform. This is definitely not a kids toy. they will break it out of frustration alone.

I think they make transformers to break easily on purpose- sort of planned, like old Fords, so you will buy more of them!

And Stealth - isn't Star Scream more your mode than Bumblebee?
