Didn't really read up on it, saw the commercial though. I had bought Shift:2 which was pretty good.

Gotcha. Was Shift 2 more of a track racing NFS? Or is that a different one i'm thinking of?

it looks aweful...with games like Forza and GT5 around everything else pales in comparison

I used to be obsessed with NFS until I played Forza... Forza 4 is the greatest racing game to date IMO.

I have enjoyed the first couple of stages. I'm disappointed that there isn't any offline vs modes to play with my son. Haven't played Forza yet. Don't see myself buying an xbox. But it's definitely not better than GT5
