Well while im sitting here trying to get higher than 1076.4 in that yeti smashing the penguin thing, i thought maybe you guys could hear my B/S lol. Well anyways i get a call during school that i have to be at work ASAP after school. (i work at my dads computer store i am a nextel tech.) anyways, i get there and they shove a black box in my car.... after it was hooked up i couldnt believe my eyes.. i wanted to cry there is a webpage that anyone can go to if they know the password and check to see where im at, at any givin time (its a live feed), how fast i am going, what direction and EVERYTHING. if you ask me its a total invasion of my privacy.
well i guess it has its ups and downs. (more downs) first i cant do anything that i want without feeling someone is watching every move i make. I mean omg! it even says if my lights are on, seatbealt, ANYTHING electronical in my car they know. on the good side, if someone bitches at the police again about my "fast driving through town" (B/S) i can look up the day, and check my max speed while i was in town. whats your guy's opinoins on this? i mean i dont have anything to hide its just my privacy was stolen lol.

hmmm, you did post a street racing story. So, you're probably pretty stupid driver. Plus, it appears people have complained about the way you drive, also evidence of being a stupid driver. Plus, you work for your dad, so he bought the car for you, so I guess he has the right to know what his irresponsible child is doing. I don't know, I think in your case it is perfectly fine.

It's probably because people were complaining about him driving fast. Now, he claims this as BS. But days ago he posted about going out of his way to take a mustang to a road which he knows is a quarter mile and flat, then beating him in a street race. So, I wouldn't doubt the fast driving though town. Guess we'll find out.
it is an abandond road first off... second off im not a wild driver i obey all the speed limits... only raced 3 times and it was on an abandoned road that says "no outlet" on it. i dont think you have the right to say **** like that without knowing the facts so shove off. Another thing, about my dad and buying the car? my dad bought the car with cash from his business.... i know i am lucky but im no spoiled kid either. like i said i know im ******* fortunate. im sure you dont want to hear it anyways, you probably think im B/S'n you but i go to work everyday after school and work untill 8. then on saterday i work 9-6. 31 hours if you cant count, so i pay for my car.
and the reason for the black box isnt because i have had the cops called on me, its because my dad is going to advertise a company and when customers come in and he shows them how it works they will impressed. so in turn im a lab rat lol.
I am sure your father is enjoying the double edge of this sword he has hit you with. Advertising for a company, and keeping track of his son who has had the cops called on him for his driving tendencies.

Sorry lightening. I'm glad you have only street raced three times, that shows incredible maturity, especially since you sought out a flat 1/4 road to do it on instead of in traffic. You only increased the chance of killing yourself, or god forbid, someone else three times, lots of kids do it every day.
As well, I am sure the people that called the cops on you were just playing a joke, it was probably your freinds. I know when I am driving the speed limit, people call the cops on me as a joke.
They have installed a lot of boxes like this. Some are like the "black box" or flight-data recorder and even capture the drivers' conversations just like the black boxes captures the pilot's communications.
The insurance industry did a study of traffic fatalities in which the boxes were involved. Most commonly, the driver's last words were something like "oh, ****."
But in Texas, the most common last words were "hold my beer and watch this."
I guess my question to my dad, if he would have put one of these in my car when I was young, would be...Why not put it in YOUR car? That way you could take them on a drive and show them the real-time data. That way they could campare it to where they were and what speed they were goling.
i respect valid points... but i am so used to people saying that i am a "speed demon" and **** like that. i obey the speed... i dont weave in and out of traffic like other **** nut teens.... its just the way you said it like everyone else does. so sorry for snapping i just have been pissed lately.
oh and when the cops call my house to talk to me i just tell them straight out , if i speed so much then why dont i ever get caught? i mean i have talked to a cop once and he told me he has seen me drag before. now who does he think he is saying somthing like that? if so why didnt he come after me. oh and that drag strip/road is a popular one that kids at school go to all the time. im not sure if its illegal because its not really a "street" anymore it is owned by a farmer now. it doenst have a name or anything
