just preordered today. this looks pretty good. of course not really much TRUE gameplay, more of a storyline and see what happens based upon preselected options. reminds me of those books in school where you pick a page and findout the results as you read on.

I've never been so unsure about a game before, I can see it do either really well or flop big times.
That being said, Amazon is offering a free Chapter download (DLC) when you pre-order, and since I have Prime membership, it'd be release day delivery with no tax... hmmmmmmmmm

the demo, reminds me of the movie Crash. just the style . btw great demo, love the game play. So different from a tradional video game. feels like you are playing a movie, making choices on your actions.

Everyone just needs to learn to the taste the slow, and love it.
I refuse to play the demo and I'm going to be out of town the week it comes out! Gosh darnit! I've been waiting for this game since they did the "audition" video however many years ago. Thankfully it's actually coming out unlike certain other *cough huxley cough* games. Oh and I refuse to do the demo because then I will know more than I want to know before just grabbing the game. Alfy....is it going to eat my soul?

Yeah, not going to lie, the demo revealed more than I thought, I do wish I didn't download the Demo, but I just couldn't resist.
Controls are very intuitive, more so than I'd imagined.

Yeah, not sure if the downloading speed "cap" is set by PSN or the physical limitation of the PS3.

Demo was good, graphics are amazing. I still fail at quick time events cause i still dont know what button is where. I will get rhis i think. I enjoy quick time stuff and interactive movie type stuff if it is done well. Quick ecents are not so in your face as other games.

finally played demo over the weekend. definitely getting this. until 11am PST today, gamestop is having a special where you buy 1 title now and preorder another and get 15 off. code is 15OFF.
I ended up selling my xbox since even though there are titles like forza and halo that I love that are only for the 360. as many games as i want for ps3 for the graphic improvement and/or titles like this only on ps3, i am taking advantage of their decent trade-in program right now. 7 360 games is an extra $75 regardless of title, plus the regular trade-in value.

May I ask how much you sold it for?
I'm in the market of getting a game console for the living room, wasn't sure if I should buy either a used PS3 or a used 360 elite, and just keep the PS3 slim in my bedroom.

Personally I feel sony motion controller is going to be on point. Since it uses, track ball, wand and Video camera.
Natal, i am still iffy about, since i feel you need a controller of some type in your hand.

I'm going to pick up Heavy Rain later today. I played through the demo 3 times yesterday and loved it. Never thought that I would spent 60 bucks on it but here I am. All my New Year money is going down the video game toilet this next couple of months. GOW3, FF13, and BF2 which I'm going to built a new rig for. <sign>
