Well last night I had my first close call with the car. I was, thank God, doing close to the speed limit down a local road (30 MPH in a 25) when a huge damn dog (HUGE, it looked like a tiny bear!) threw itself in front of the car. Let's just say the steering and brakes are, thankfully, a lot more responsive than those of my Camaro because had I been in the Z28 I would have been cleaning up dead doggie.
My heart beat escallated quite a bit yesterday, though, but thankfully no damage has been done and the dog lives to stupidly jump out in front of traffic another day.
Anyway, happy motoring...I've been having fun throwing this car around corners and such...but last night was my first (and hopefully my last) evassive manuver that wasn't done for fun. The car preformed very well...I'm impressed yet again.

This is kind of weird because a friend of mine recently hit (and unfortunately killed) a dog when driving his Lotus Elise (in England) and then a couple of weeks later he hit a pigeon.

God, that must mean a guy or chick is next on his hit list. Better get him off the road before its too late. Maybe he should give the car away to a more responsible driver - you. :D
