Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children movie trailer

Square/Enix has made a CG movie based on the characters from FFVII and it appears to take place 2 years after the events from the game...it's called Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children

this 11Meg version is cut and compressed...video is ok:

there's a 26.3Meg DivX version here but you have to register:

Someday I will play FFVII. I heard there is going to be a remake for PS2. If that's true there will probably a better chance of me playing it. I've made an oath to not watch the trailer, or the movie when it comes out. I want to play FFVII spoiler-free.

FFVII single handedly made the Sony Playstation the number 1 gaming console...the story is deep with adult themes like death and insanity...i haven't played since it came out so pretty much forgot the storyline...i still think it's the best FF so far

Yeah, I hear stuff like that from a lot of people about FFVII. FFX was my first Final Fantasy.

I have made it through about a third of FF7. I want to go back and start it up again. As for other final fantasies, I have only played the older ones. I have played 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Legends, and a couple of the old gameboy ones. My favorite so far is definately 4. FF 2 and 3 are kinda boring, they deal with major level grinding, but the learning system is cool.
Right now I'm playing Prince of Persia, but once I'm done with that I think I will have to reinstall FF7.

The materia system was pretty cool

7 was the last one I played. Typically don't seem to have the time I'd want to play RPGs anymore.

FF7 and Tactics were my favorites...the last one for the SNES, i think it was 5, was really good too

and yea, the materia system was the best system they had for customizing weapons...i don't know why they scrapped it for the draw system in 8
