I live in Japan so can order this stuff and ship it on if people are keen. Obviously I want to do it in bulk, rather than one-at-a-time, if an order is going to go in. Put your expressions of interest on this topic! The best for me would be to ship it all to one address in the US and then that volunteer mail on (to save money & hassle).
The model is 1/43 scale and could be a collectors item seeing as it's already out-of-date...coloured instrument binnicle, small vents and mirrors! It's the model from the 2001 Tokyo show (which I didn't see unfortunately). The model and T-shirts seem to be around $25 - I'd have to investigate shipping once I knew how much we're talking about.
The babelfish translation is this!:

I'll try to work on something a bit more natural but maybe not 'til the weekend.
its a newsletter you can receive via email, if you sign up on the rx8 portion of the mazda japan website. the first edition i received was mostly in japanese but included the shot of the xmen2 car. i think rotarynews.com may have babelfished it.
Don't get too excited about this. I've been signed up for this mail and got "Vol 3" the other day and while I'm by no means fluent it doesn't seem to tell us anything we don't know already - actually it doesn't even tell us what we do know! Very "marketingy". I keep looking for the Japan release date on the mails but they're not giving anything away.
Sorry guys but I was checking through the site to try to find shipping costs by clicking on the car and trying to add it to a cart. You can't add it - the text says the yellow model is sold out. There is also a link at the bottom right of the main page which shops a couple of discontinued RX-8 items - a silvery-type model (so I guess it can't be the latest one zoom44!) and two stunted kiddy toy kind-of models.
The watches, hats & shirts are all available though. The current exchange rate is 119.8 so the prices come in around:
Watches 1,2,3: $160, $130, $130
Hat: $20
Postage to the US is on top unless Tradegy is making a trip back home soon? I'll post the shipping rate once I find it - sorry it's a bit slow but you try dealing with stuff in Japanese!
Once we work it all out maybe the easiest thing is to PayPal me.
