Question Cartoons: do you still have some kid in you?

I was eating sushi the other day and I overheard (no I was *not* eavesdropping... much...) this bunch of friends talking about the cartoon show "Dragonball Z" and how they tape it, etc. Now, I'm 20 right now and these guys have at least 6 years on me.

This makes me wonder what cartoons everyone (still) watches/watched?

Personally, I hate to admit, but I am still an avid fan of The Justice League. And, Spiderman, when that was still around (no, not the oldschool junky one). =)

What about the rest of you grown-up kids? ('cause that's what you are if you're still watching cartoons - like me!)

I don't watch them much other than the odd Samurai Jack episode. Surprising considering I work on them. Glad to hear some "Adults" appreciate Justice League. We put a lot of work into that show that goes right over the heads of most kids.

Do cartoons like "Ninja Scroll" and "Fist of the North Star" count?

I used to love Fat Albert, Jonny Quest and the Star Trek cartoon.
Now, if the kids are watching Jimmy Neutron, Spongebob or Dexter's Laboratory I'll hang out and watch. My kids like Rugrats, though and that one makes me wanna barf.

I have a 4 year old son so I end up watching more than my share of cartoons...but for me Ren & Stimpy is a cut about the rest. very twisted!

23, I was into DBZ for a while and then I started getting into The Simpsons. I watch that and King of the Hill almost every day now. I used to stay up to watch Adult Swim but now I seem to spend my late night lurking around here looking for something to post on.

My new fave is Tom Goes to The Mayor. Can't wait for Tim and Eric to come out with more hilarious, nonsensical gobbledygook.

I used to do Prop and Background design ( I designed the first Javelin) now I mostly build their 3d models for them. What do you think of the new season? I think Bruce (Timm) is hitting it pretty good now. Wait 'till you see what's coming!

The Booper...way back when she was *bad*.

anybody remember what the name of that little guy with a propeller on his hat ( a pup?)--who whirrled straight up a few feet when he got something good to eat? was in the huckleberry hound/ quickdraw mgraw era but I don't remember which cartoon. probably hanna barbara vintage. character came up in quasi trivial pursuit conversation a while back. 20 of us had seen the cartoons but nobody could remember his name. maddening.

The new season, Unlimited, is awesome man. Although, there are a lot of no-name heroes that I'm not even sure came from the DC universe. Then again, I'm probably too young to remember some of them.

Macross Zero is also pretty good. However, I think I'll have to re-watch part of it - it's confusing.
