Buying new tires for my Millenia... advice!

Okay, I need a 215/50/17 tire with a decent treadlife on it. Right now I'm looking at these: Sumitomo HTR+ .

The reviews are good, and they are a decent all around tire. I need a tire that will get around 30-50k miles. Doesn't need to be a performance tire as I'm giving the car to my brother when I get the RX-8, and that's why I'm changing out tires. I have 18" rims on the car right now that will be coming off and putting on 17s instead, since they ride better and aren't as prone to bubbling from potholes. My brother isn't very careful as per road troubles and he's more likely to bust a tire than I am, and I've put a bubble in my 18s even by being careful.

Anyhow, the price range is $100US or LESS! Good treadwear, and decent performance. My brother doesn't corner hard or anything so that's a non-issue, but something stable for him is what I need.

Thanks in advance!

How about some Falkens?

Tire Details - Discount Tire Direct

Discount tire gives you free shipping versus Tire Rack so make sure you factor the shipping price on your Tire Rack quote. Right now they are having an instant $50 savings if you buy four tires. Do it quick. Offer ends this weekend I believe.
