I've been getting hooked to banana chips. They are excellent.
The whole bag only contains about 24g of sugar.
I think they are a good alternative to candy.

I'm right there with Photic on those banana chips - very yummy and very addicting.
I'm digging dried cranberries right now, but not the ones from a grocery store. I like the ones from Central Market, or other whole food/natural type food places. They're still plump and juicy and naturally sweet and good for your urinary tract. :D
I picked up a bag of dried mangoes recently -- I was surprised; they were really good! You can even rehydrate them and add to stuff like cereal. I even made a nice mango pudding out of it. Fresh mangoes can be a little "difficult" to work with. Lol, the first time I had a mango, I ate it like an apple. I remember thinking "not bad, but that peel is pretty pungent!!"
