Banana Chips

I've been getting hooked to banana chips. They are excellent.
The whole bag only contains about 24g of sugar.
I think they are a good alternative to candy.

That is all. You may now continue with your regularly scheduled programming.

But Aaron, are they the deep-fried banana chips, or the sun-dried ones? The deep fried ones are loaded with fat.

I prefer my bananas fresh and whole, actually.

I'm right there with Photic on those banana chips - very yummy and very addicting.

I'm digging dried cranberries right now, but not the ones from a grocery store. I like the ones from Central Market, or other whole food/natural type food places. They're still plump and juicy and naturally sweet and good for your urinary tract. :D

I also really enjoy pineapple juice. I drink it in moderation though. I'll usually drink a can or a carton a week.

I picked up a bag of dried mangoes recently -- I was surprised; they were really good! You can even rehydrate them and add to stuff like cereal. I even made a nice mango pudding out of it. Fresh mangoes can be a little "difficult" to work with. Lol, the first time I had a mango, I ate it like an apple. I remember thinking "not bad, but that peel is pretty pungent!!"
