Auto body shop issue, Need some advice

I brought my car into the auto body shop for some minor repair. The front was cracked due to a small fender bender, Cracked head light and needed a new radiator. After three weeks of them having my car they called me up saying my car will not start. I warned them before i gave it to them that you need to wait for the car to warm up before turning it off or it will flood. They told me they havent started my car once the whole time they had it. To make a long story short they are refusing to pay for the deflooding process and also they want the money for the repair even though my car is not in running condition. Is this my problem? Or should they be taking all this being that my car was in perfect condition when i dropped it off?

maybe its not flooded. maybe the bsatery is disconnected or somethign from teh accident. have they checked?

as for "paying for deflooding" all they have to do is start the damn thing. pull it/push it whatever/ due the deflood procedure from mazda themselves etc

Just go over there and de-flood it yourself. It takes like 15 minutes tops.
