If you're a senior, just figure out which teachers don't care and skip accordingly. No need for signing out, etc. just leave. :D

if you are in highschool...don't get caught :p

if you are in college, find out what the attendance policy is, and then just don't go...but make sure you are ditching a test or presentation. never a good thing, since the make ups are typically worse than the original. also, don't skip more days than are allowed by each classes attendance policy.

Lol, I took this to the extreme when I ended up having to take "Accounting 101" :vomit:

There was no mandatory work other than the midterm and final exams. I'd attend maybe once every 2 weeks just to keep tabs on where they were at, do all the workbook crap the night before the test and be there for the exams. I was there the day he handed back the midterms. Lol, I got the high score!! (rolls on floor with pepsi shooting out nose). He kind of threw mine down on my desk as he walked by and disgustedly muttered "Not bad for an occasional student...". Geez, there was nothing to it other than 3rd grade math skills, a pinch of logic and a high capacity for tedium. I guess if I ever have a stroke or something, I can fall back on my Accounting skillz :p

You hang out in front of stores that have signs stating "No Loitering"
You'll be the talk of the town, but watch out the feds might toss you in the paddy-wagon.
While in the paddy-wagon unroll the pack of cigs from your sleeve and offer one to everyone on-board. Like that Hooligan Jimmy K. Who's in for spitting on the sidewalk, and Dougie M. Who J-Walked. Dangerous man that Doggie.

Used to ditch school a lot for some reason. I think it was because I hated it. The month of April my senior year I was on the Tuesday schedule: I only went on Tuesdays. Other months, most of the mornings I would spend at Naugles until around 2nd or 3rd period. I usually hung out with friends and stuff.

I remember this one time a group of us ditched school and got about a block away and my friends Toyota Cressida station wagon (we called it the pickle wagon) broke down. Bummer. It was the battery. We walked back to school. The campus aide asked where we had been, we explained the situation, he laughed and told us that we were punished enough and sent us on our way.

I recommend ditching school when you have plans though... otherwise it's really just a waste of time... watching reruns of Little House on the Prairie and practicing binge drinking for the weekend.

Always ditch with a bud or two and make sure you have a car. This time of year, I would head out with a couple of friends and drive down to Kings Dominion and spend the ENTIRE day there. Now they seem to close those places early.

In college, only went to class if:

A. It was a difficult subject matter
B. The prof was hot (there was one that I dreamt about... wooha baby!!!)
C. It was required
D. If there was any test, exam, quiz, or presentation (not necessarily your presentation since most presentations are graded by other students along with the prof)
E. Its a fun class (there are few of these)

Results of ditching:

High school - Barely buzzed out with a 3.0 GPA (not bad but then not good either)

College - Managed to graduate college with summa *** laude and a perfect GPA (4.0). Not sure how this feat was exactly accomplished but by my senior year, I rarely ever ditched classes because I was very interested or it was very difficult subject matter (computer science major and statistics minor ). However my freshmen year I can't seem to remember much except for lots of parties.

Go figure

Brings back memories - in high school I thought it was better to take twin girls to breakfast than go to school. All was fine until there was a detour and I ended up across the intersection from my Mom :o

In college had a Caluclus class MWF at 08:00 Went to the first class and saw a girl I knew there. Asked her if she planned on attending class. She said yeah so I said take good notes and see me at a reasonable hour then :D She did - it worked out great - I just went for the mid-term and final. My class participation grade sucked (Buehler...Buehler??), but I got through it.
