Me, I'll stick to my boxer briefs. They work just fine for me. And others, if ya know what I mean. wink wink nudge nudge (I forget the rest of the Monty Python skit). Besides, I don't know how you could really contain both the twigs and the berries...

Undergarments, women's or men's, just make no sense with a kilt. You have to let your boys breath!
I wore a kilt to my wedding. I debated beforehand whether to go traditional or puss-out and wear drawers. I pussed-out out of fear that I might flash my family and cause some of the older folks to go into cardiac arrest from shock. :p
Instead I wore a pair of bright orange boxers with pumpkins that said "Happy Halloween!" on them. Good thing too. While I was dancing, my cousin jumped on me and my knee dislocated. When I fell my kilt went up nearly over my head. :D
Pantyhose are suprisingly cool and comfortable. You'd think they would be hot.. It might be different tho in jeans I guess. but in a dress it's quite comfortable.. but CHILLY!

Construction workers wear pantyhose to keep warm in the winter time. The nylon acts as a vapor barrier keeping heat inside. They're not good at wicking moisture however, so you have to leave them on until you're ready to come inside.
As for eating panties, does tearing the crotch out with your teeth count?

For the record, tights are MUCH more comfortable than pantyhose! Plus they're warmer!
If you decide to wear either, make sure there are no runs or holes in them. Nothing screams "EASY WHORE" more than a ratty pair of stockings

Vice versa. I find men's underwear to look very uncomfortable. Mainly because with the briefs, they're so high and big! Boxers seem as though they'd be comfortable, but they'd bunch under tight pants and look hideous. :D

briefs suck id never wear em. boxers are the way to go, they do bunch under your pants though....which is why im an advocate of no pants. Don't you hate pants everyone? Let's burn our pants!
