i just saw the video about a few hours ago and it got me really rattled. like im so pissed. I want to beat the **** out of each one of those kids. I dont care if it was a pay back .. that kind of physical abuse is not deserved by anyone. There are 2 sides to the story. Ive been on other forums and have been following up on it closely. Apparently one of the 6 morons was cheating on the asian kid during a test. Asian kid said to stop but he didnt ... then told on him to the teacher. Then they had beef. Asian kid posted a picture of the kids head on a cow body and posted it on facebook. They then beat the crap out of him in the video.
Other side is the girls side. saying One of the guys was previously beat up by the asian kid and 20 other people. Which i call BS.

I don't care what happened before... They could have contacted authorities if they knew who was responsible for a previous conflict. If this really is revenge, they're idiots for posting this stuff online. This seems to be getting some notice online and it sounds like it authorities have been given the video. It looks like they'll learn what they should have done. It doesn't matter what their story is when there's video evidence of what they've done.
I doubt he did anything to harm them.
They're probably just trying to find an excuse so they can get out of it without being convicted of assault charges.

They definitely did something that is absolutely terrible and they need to face some kind of consequences, yes. But stuff like death threats and invasion of personal space is a bit much. That's the kind of thing that will ruin their life, require them to move, etc. Like I said... They did something terrible. If the response is escalating to that level, then the people responding are hardly any better. I have no doubt that the police have been notified and are investigating things. People should leave it in their hands at this point.

Jail time doesn't work wonders and neither will this. Effectively ruining someone's life over an assault charge is unfair punishment. I am in no way justifying what they did, but I don't think it warrants a response of that extreme. I think society's sense of justice borders the line of being as bad as the crime committed in terms of what is moral.
Do we know the ages of these people? If they're living with relatives and such, it's definitely not fair that they have to suffer too. Depending on what all the vigilantes are doing, I think they should be charged/fined for their actions too. Leaking the video and having it publicly visible as evidence was great. People taking it upon themselves to exact justice/revenge? That's the vigilante circle jerk I was talking about. They're doing it because it makes themselves feel good, not because it's helping anything.
so how would you punish them? a slap on the wrist?
jail time with aggression charges should be the solution. let's see how they find a job or a good scholarship after that.

after the first video came out (the retarded bitch or one of the retarded *** uploaded), if u see the comments "they" made, u will know that they actually felt "proud" of their actions. but they forgot that once it's on Youtube and if it's not a private channel. Everybody can see it and uh oh. of course, when ppl first noticed it, they actually talk back(reply) and bitch back. it was after maybe 3-4 hours until these retards "realized" that it might be something that's "more than they can handle" and thought that just take it off line will solve the problem.
