I know this thread probably belongs in the lounge or maybe even financing... but I think it will get best responses in here... wish I had reserved a few xbox 360s casue I'd be out driving a new loaded RX8 waiting for all my new stuff to put in it to arrive in the mail....

Yeah and they're freakin CRAZY! People cant wait a couple weeks? I've had mine reserved for over 6 months and I didn't get mine yesterday. I am next in line for the next shipment though. But they said they would call me and tell me to come pick it up.
He also said if you're not on the list, you'll be waiting for a while! HA
actually it's not a scarm because there are alot of people who are buying XBOX 360s for over 1,000$$
well the selling isn't a scam (maybe a few) it is the buyers...most are fraudulent with the aim of wiping out the sale of the 'enterprising' seller...look at the bids for all of these xbox sales...from unknowns
Most of them are scams. There are 360s going for more than 1k, but this is what we call ludicrous. This one is most likely a scam on the buyer's part. A lot of spiteful people are artificially inflating the amount and backing out of the deal. Doesn't matter to them since accounts can be created easily.
