Funny, there seems to be a correlation between the number of religious stickers on a car seems and how ________ a driver is.

1. rude

2. clueless

3. slow in the left lane

4. ridiculously aggressive

"One part of the document, under the section "Vanity and personal glorification", will not go down well with owners of Ferraris in motor-mad Italy.

"Cars particularly lend themselves to being used by their owners to show off, and as a means for outshining other people and arousing a feeling of envy," it said."

in order for us all to have our eternal souls saved, please come to my house and remove all aftermarket modifications. i will dispose of them in the appropriate manner.

that is all.

I am not Catholic. And, I don't read anything in there about not speeding or having fun in the twisties. I do, however, see things about being courteous and respectful of other drivers. Even to those that may be going slow in the left lane and things like that.

To quote George Carlin:

"I used to be Irish Catholic, now I'm an American. You know, you grow..."

Pretty much sums-up my situation.

Unless the Pope becomes a winning F1 driver in the near future, I doubt that I'll ever take driving advice from him. Of course, I don't expect him to take spiritual advice from me, either.

Who is the Church trying to control?? It's not like they're pointing a gun to your head and saying to do these things. Don't we have freedom of religion? You don't like it, don't follow it.

which is why im no longer catholic or christian.

and for the person that said it doesnt say anything about speeding , it says

Cars shall not be for you an expression of power and domination, and an occasion of sin.

and speeding could also be this one too

Feel responsible toward others. ( i guess speeding isnt being responsible)

I like the first rule: Thou shall not kill. Before the Vatican release this, I was killing people constantly, some of them accidently. Whew!
