RX-Club of Houston March 2011 Monthly Meeting @ Freebird's
Greetings all,
The March meeting is just around the corner on the 8th! This year the meeting falls on FAT TUESDAY the traditional Mardi Gras blowout. We plan to have some special items to give away that night in the spirit of the celebration and we might have a special guest or two in attendance (stay tuned for details).
So come out and join us at Freebird's and get ready to party!

boosted 8? u woudlnt happen 2 be the silver boosted 8 that hangs with project M are u?
NO. I have a BB. Although I do meet up with those guys every once in a while, I'm in a different club. I didn't know Project M had any boosted cars. I've only had mine boosted for a month now anyway.

Yeah they have a few boosted ones I think..I've just been thinking of boosting mine and they told me to talk 2 that guy in the silver one..but we never go 2 the same meets..lol

I've never seen another boosted 8 in Houston, but I know they are around somewhere. Man, if you can spare the coin and patience and heartache that comes with the install and tuning, then go for it. At 14 psi this car really is a freaking beast. My buddies can't even believe it.

I know of 4 boosted rx8's, one is stroudism, one is me, another is my brother, and the fourth owner lives really up north
I didn't know there were that few of them. It really is a pain in the *** to boost these cars, so I guess I can understand why. But man is it fun. Looking forward to meeting you.

You didn't miss anything, I was sick and had to stay home from work. I just couldn't get off the couch to make it. I hope it was fun for everyone who went. I'll go to the next one for sure.
