I got mine and finally got around to getting it in. Works beautifully! It'll save a lot of random stabbing at the dipstick tube. Thanks!

amazing little guy isn't it!

Fyrestormer, Awesome selection, looks like luxeon emitters... but those aren't the luxeon pucks I remember. Ive designed some colminators for portable use, with the right lens design you can create as much light as an HID or Halogen bulb. Sweet torches! Are you running Hayes disk brakes on your bike?

Here's one of my early designs (2002)

Just installed the rear accent light and the red/white dually underhood lights. Both are looking good, if I do say so myself.

Just wanted to come back here and say I love my Lebren dipstick light!

Still works brilliantly, no visible loss of brightness, switch works great, adhesive still holds fast. That last bit is pretty amazing. You picked the right sticky stuff to survive in a hot engine bay. And I love that I can leave it on and forget about it for days and it doesn't even dent the battery charge.

In case you missed it the first time:

Over the years I've gotten quite good at blind spotting my dipstick in the dark. A couple weeks ago it took me a couple more minutes than normal to get the damn thing back in to just have to repeat the process to finish checking my oil level.

I've dealt with Lebren in the past -- I have his rear rotary fog light. Rather than piddle with my own setup I dropped the $30 or so bucks for his RX8 dipstick light kit and a week later had it in hand.

5 minutes to install and all smiles.

Thanks once again Eren!
