I just spent 8 hours at KDR Rotary in PA with Dave - who is a true craftsman and is totally dedicated to his work. When my engine was transported from Jersey to his shop, my wastegate was damaged in transit. Dave tried to get a replacement from Greddy - they told him if we find one it will be $300- Dave tried to get one from Japan but was not delivered by the time I arrived on Saturday. Dave spent much time modifying a wastegate from a different Mitsubishi turbo. He modified the flange and the actuator arm to get it to work. He also did 7 dyno runs to adjust the fuel flow which had been super lean which he did achieve. I was at his shop for 8 hours, yes 8 hours. He was working on my car while working on 2 others whose owners were there as well. He is one dedicated guy who is a bro as well. Props to Dave - Definitely on of the best rotary tuners on the east coast. Have a shot of Yokon Jack for me Dave. Thanks
