Has anybody else dealt with this website or company? On April 29th I ordered their Veilside hood and the site says to allow 8-12 weeks for arrival. It has been about 14 weeks now and I have not received any hood. I have sent a couple emails to them and have tried calling the past few days but no email response and no answer to the calls. I have to say right now not to buy things from these guys but if anybody has anything to add, please do as I need to know if I'm getting screwed here.


Edit: Still no responses to any e-mails and no answer to phone calls. I had no trouble contacting them via phone before ordering, now I can call twice a day to no answer.
Edit#2: Never a single response to any e-mails, or answer to calls. They rejected my BBB complaint but I was refunded the money through the Credit Card company, thank goodness.

BAD GUYS.

If you are not receiving emails at least I would say call the credit card company...
