I have been searching thoroghly for a rx-8. I found one on cars.com. 2004 rx8 with 60k miles, one owner and clean car fax. After talking with the owner of the used carlot, i got my loan and drove 291 miles to buy the car. As i was pulling into the small town, i saw a napa parts store with the rx8 setting in front. After finding the used car dealer, i pulled in and waited the arrival of the rx8. When he pulled in, I could hear that the engine was quite rough and bearly chugging along. Since i drove that far i decieded to drive it anyways, immediatly discovering the trailing coil pack had gone bad. This was not a very good experince. so I thought if you see a blue rx8 on cars.com with 60k miles and clean car fax.....be careful.....not only had the coil pack been bad, but theres far more wrong with it than that. How ever...it is a beautiful car! I'm not tring to bad mouth anyone. It was My own mistake for going that far.
