It started as a simple order of two screen sets from racing beat. To make a long story short they ended up shipping one set only.
After a call to inform them of the error (and the fact that I had already paid border taxes on the full amount) they went out of their way to make sure that I got the missing set right away.
They took care of the border tax issue and sent along some extra goodies to make up for the error.
