I purchased a gauge cluster from him a while back Due to FedEx being FedEx, it came defective.
I just sent him a a message telling him the problem, he sent me my money back on PayPal once the tracking number was given. I defiantly recommend this guy to anyone who's looking to purchase anything from him!

POSITIVE: Phantom RX is an excellent person to deal with. Great honest seller. I can't praise enough. Model seller.
PARTS: 2 housings, 2 rotors, intermediate plate, hub, bolt, and misc
Phantom RX was very responsive with communications. Got me good pictures without needing to be asked. Quick shipping and knows how to pack. Great to work with. Items came in perfect condition and when expected.
