I ordered some painted eyelids before reading all this stuff about the site I was getting worried about not hearing a confirmation email. To me if your going to take my money at least have the decency to confirm or respond to emails. There is translation software out there, so a language barrier is not a excuse.

That's good to hear, after reading all this, I went ahead and filed a dispute. Even though it's only been a few days, but I'm OCD and I need a confirmation email to make sure every things right.

Nobody took your money, you gave it to him willingly. That's the eloquent point of a scam. Maybe you should have the decency to find out who you are giving your money to before doing so? That might be something worthy of being OCD about.

Really? You think I can control what I'm OCD about? Don't you think if I could control it I would instead of being a barely functioning adult? Besides half of the people on here said he never actually scammed anyone just takes a long time, if followed what half of the people say, I wouldn't have bought a RX-8. I was 60% sure he wasn't scamming me, I was just mad that he couldn't confirm my email about the color.
You might want to think about what you type, medical conditions can't be controlled, only helped with medication

alright just spoke with another paypal rep and there are enough claims on this guy that they will be looking at him for fraud and shutting off his paypal account. i suggest that even if you are outside of the 45 days to call and put a claim on him.

He visits Guam I bought a carbon crown meter with gauge pods from him, got it shipped to Guam and it was broken. He mentioned that he visits often and would drop off the part in person when he visited. That never happened , he always said he's on business trips, he would send it next week, or forgot the part when he flew to Guam, and wait he'd ship as soon as he's back.finally he stopped responding, and I was out of 150 because I waited to long to put in a claim. If ur dealing with an issue with jay just report to PayPal don't give him a chance to make it right cuz he will screw you. This was back in 09 so he's been doing this a long time.
